I know and appreciate the tremendous value in taking care of others both personally & professionally, The act of being with & there for others is truly fulfilling. I also know how challenging it can be to carve out time & space to rest, restore & refresh oneself when it’s time to receive. 

That’s why I created Your Gathering Space, a place for women to start to prioritize themselves with nurturing gatherings & nourishing experiences.

As women we receive messages, which we internalize, that so often minimize or devalue us. We are still conditioned to put other’s needs ahead of our own. Before too long, we have lost ourselves - in our children, our partners, our work, our parents, our friends…

I know because that used to be me. But not anymore…
